Stormwall Gorge Flooded?

I did my research and I need to complete all the main quests in Defiance Bay...However I have yet to find a list of what those are. I was on my way to Dryford Village for "Through the Death's Gate" and I noticed the Gorge is still flooded.

What quests am I missing? Undying Heritage is completed

Check your journal (the open main story quests of course).

You need to report back at Dunryd Row and then get access to the meeting in the palace. After the riots in Defiance Bay started you can cross the Stormwall Gorge and go to Twin Elms

Yeah the only main quests I have are "The Hermit of Hadret House" and "Through Death's Gate"

How do you get access to the meeting in the palace?

What's you quest status in "Through Death's Gate"? Did you already reported back at Dunryd Row after you learned about any signs of the Leaden Key within Cliaban Rilag?

And you get access to the meeting if all three quests "The Man Who Waits", "Undying Heritage" and "Through Death's Gate" are completed. Lady Webb asks you to get access to the animancy hearings in the ducal palace then. To achieve this you need to do one of the quest lines given by the three major factions: Crucible Knights, The Dozens or House Doemenel. Afterwards you can ask them for their support to get to the hearings.

Complete all your sidequests in Defiance Bay before you go to the hearings!

You do not need to "unflood" the gorge to get to dryford Village. Just exit East of the Gorge.

Oh... yeah. Didn't noticed he wrote he was on his way to dyrford but thought he was on his way back from there. oups.
