*MINOR SPOILER* - Council of Stars
Im currently doing the council of stars quest. When I approach Wael's shrine, I'm not able to select it. It says "A piercing ring fills your ears as you near Wael's shrine. There is no other response."

Is this normal or did I inadvertently do something to piss off Wael?

Forgot to mention that I buried the scroll during that one Wael quest if that matters.

That should be fine, then - I got the achievement for doing all the gods requests while having buried the scroll as well.

If you buried the scroll, you'll get to talk to Wael in the last dungeon.
