How do i reach and from where? I need to get there for main plot, but i cant access it from the map.

To open up new destinations on the map, you have to leave an existing map in the direction you want to go. So, for example, start by exiting south from Gilded Vale, then east from there, and so on.

Once you've unlocked a location by exiting to it in this way you can fast-travel to it on the map later.

Yep, you need to go south-east through a few wilderness areas.

Yes i tried going in the direction of Caed Nua as it looks from the world map, but i still cant go there. Just wondering is i need to do something specific in order to be able to go there.

if you can't go there try going another way, the roads on the worldmap are actually roads, so if you see an area and it's connected via roads try exiting the map in that direction

You can go there quite soon. I picked Aloth, Eder, Durance and Kana all at level 2 while I stealthed to Caed Nua at the beginning.

You just need to go proper edges at map to advance to right area. Right way is Gilded Vale -> Magran's Fork -> Black Meadow -> Caed Nua.

Yeah as said above, when you exit a map, note which side you exit from. Cus if you exit from a map to the east, you might open a location up that's east, whereas there may also be a location that is west that wont show up until you try to exit west on that map, if you get what im trying to say.

So to get there, exit either south or east from gilded vale, and then from those next maps, go either south or east (the general direction of the location you're trying to get to). You have to at least unlock the area that's next to your location to be able to travel there.
