Gods quests in Teir Evron - Spoilers

If I do one quest do I get blocked out of others? Also, is there specific rewards or it doesn't matter?

Well, I'm doing each one of them, I don't know, the more I complete them the more I think I'm destroying Twin Elms in the long run. Of course, this by my choice, still I feel bad for the place.

You can do all of them, but you can only pick one boon. Best way is to end the conversations with "I'll hear out the other gods" when they tell you what they want you to do in exchange for their help, talk with all of them (that completes their quests), then decide who you will ally yourself with.

Also be careful to explain yourself in a way that goes with their personalities, it is possible to botch the quests if you say something the gods don't like in the end - it seems that your reasoning for what you did is more important than what you did.

Yeah, too bad it seems I lost the Dragon Hunter boon, I decided to space the dragon and I think it was one of those 2 quest givers who would teach me that, so goodbye killing the Adra Dragon without it.
