You can also unlock the extra ending of helping Woedica, which I just discovered. Hmm. Fairly sure there should be a way for a 7th hidden ending then. I'm guessing you have to promise nothing to any of the Gods/Goddesses.
As for Raedric, I presume it's dependent on helping him initially.
All my NPC endings were good / lead to redemption - I finished all their stories 'correctly' it would seem, even if Pallagina ends up feeling lonely. But even her ending was positive.
Stuff that seems to be conditional:
Raedric - returned as a Death Knight and killed everyone. Not sure how to stop this one: I presume you can't just tank n spank him early game.
Defiance - I backed the Dozens, but had made sure that they liked the Knights: order is restored with the two factions getting together and making the city safe
Leaden Key - I think I missed a trick here, as I never returned to the temple in chapter III. I probably should have gone and made sure they were no longer a threat. Although, Althor's ending was him tracking them all down and preventing them from ever regaining power
Twin Elms - actually, didn't get a report on this at all. Which was weird. Then again, I'd basically slaughtered everyone doing the God of Death's quest, doing Skaen's quest and choosing the wrong poison leading to a mass fight. I was a little offput by the lack of input on Twin Elms, tbh - the Fangs faction were still around and liking me at endgame.
p.s.
The end battle is stupidly easy, even on hard, if you spam paralysis.
Something I noticed about the endings which seems missed there was no mention on whether the god you choose to side with actually delivered any 'reward' to your character, just mention of some long road ahead. If my char became an avatar or champion, you'd think that would have been worthy of note.
My ending was mostly upbeat with a few very dark twists Val ;)
Btw, here's a 2 shot kill of Thaos on hard difficulty. :o

Well, Woedica's ending is a bit of an anti-climax. Not much happens apart from she gets her crown back and worship on burial island. No apocalypse or infinite power for the PC.
Paralysis bypasses it. You can see the 1 miss, 1 graze, 1 hit right at the top of the combat report: Thaos was the one who got hit.
I went back to an old save, and went to the Leaden Key's lair and wiped them all out. Sadly, it has no effect on the ending for Heritage Hill.
So I'm unsure if it's actually possible to have a good ending for it. I suspect DLC will involve Raedric and Hertiage Hill possibly.
Weird.
I often check in with my steward, never had that.
Wonder what the trigger is.
I found a messenger in the inn at hearthsong, and he told me that raedric came as a dreadknight, killed everyone, and that he was waiting for me
also, I didn't get the option to contact Wael despite returning the scroll to the skull. but I didn't finish the quest by talking to the archivist as I made her hostile through a different quest
As for denying the gods - it is Wael's ending. He offers you to spread soul all around and hide them in unknown places just for the fun and mystery, and send other gods to go ♥♥♥♥ themselves.
