Sneak Solution: Find and talk with Alwah first, then find Glasvahl and confront him about the prisoner. You'll require some talking skills, but can convince him to release Alwah, and you essentially get free access to to entire place
Hmm.... not exactly. It's more like collateral damage ;)
And it's possible to solve the situation peacefully using a total of 3 different solutions if you have also another quest involving Noonfrost.
But yeah almost everything in this game can be won by resolve xD
