But I also didn't finish the Endless Paths and a number of other side quests, which could have easily taken up another 20-ish hours.
Additional playthroughs would go much quicker.
Length varies when you get to the checkpoint to flag it. My Act 1 took forever because I avoided Defiance Bay until everything else was cleared, but Act 3 was short because I didn't do some of the later side-quests.

Damn! How much side-content was involved?
EDIT: Easy diff, pure real time, rush through main story to get the end.
But I missed a TON of side content. I just had this urge to continue the story in Act 3 only to pass the point of no return when I should of known better. :(
tried not to skip side quests and spoke with every NPC with unique names.
the only thing that ive skipped entirely is Endless Paths
Now im playing on Hard and honestly i think thats optimal difficulty - the normal was too easy.
EDIT: Did I mentioned I beat the game in 16 hours Hard difficulty and did everything? Too easy.
