*Spoiler* Clandestine Cargo help

So I just obtained all Engwithan Relics and talked to Imatl. He gave me the option to buy it from him or take it without giving him anything. So I used my Dex to just grab it from him. Now i need to find the animancer. Where is he?

In the water, near the wrecks, I could only go there during the day though, since at night the water rises.

They're hidden in boxes in the shallow water right beneath the pier that man stands on.

Well, I finished The Man Who Waits, and now everyone in the sanitarium is aggro, including Nans. Can't talk to her, and if I kill her the quest fails. Any way to finish the task now?

If everyone in the sanitarium is red, you've done something wrong. Only the flesh golems in the basement become hostile as the part of The Man Who Waits quest line.

Well, everyone is red in the sanitarium, and I had no choice but to kill everyone. I had no idea this was not supposed to happen. Well, guess I'll have to live with it.

have you tried going inside the sanitarium while stealthed? i had the same issue at the other place where i had to talk to grimda. all npc were hostile but going in stealthed didn't agro them

Went in stealthed, still red and attacks on sight. Guess I won't be doing this quest.

The aggro bug is annoying. I also had everyone upstairs turn aggro on me for no reason and so now also can't finish the quest because Nans, and everyone else on that floor, is dead.

I had the same thing happened when I tried to complete the Wael quest with the book nerds and priests (whatever they're called). Every time I would go in, they would attack me. That time however I looked it up and read that you can avoid it by going in stealth, which worked.
