Theorems of Pandgram SPOILERS
What did you do? I did both but haven't played thru to see consequences. ANyone associated with Helig should be bad I guess. Nedyn seems nice enough, although young and stupid. Grimda seems wise and all, and I guess I would hide scary power away. Think I may go with the telling Grimda angle. MAybe for the best for Dyrwood..

I've stolen the Theorems and got the Ring of Eternal Funding in exchange, woow. Then I went on with The Parable of Wael and realized I could hide Grimda's scroll. Then I went back to Grimda and mm.. well poor Grimda's head had to roll.
So I was left in this mess wondering it was due to the Theorems I stole (without casualties) or if it was because I had hidden the scroll of Wael under a dragon skeleton.
Reloaded an earlier save to find out^^
However, I've tried telling Grimda about Nedyn and come back to Nedyn but she's gone.
It looks like the only way to get her sweet ring is to steal the Theorems from Grimda somehow and still being able to stay "friends" lol (after all stolen under stealth Grimda's clan is not supposed to know right?)

sneak back in,its like they have a bell attached to the door or something
once you sneak in, can get up and walk around like all is cool, hand in the quest and have a nice day
You can avoid fighting Grimda if you do her scroll quest first. She'll let you into the archives, ans you can steal what you want from there.
I've done the scroll quest first (hidden it). During Nedyn quest I've just lockpiked the door in the sneak mode and stole the book, no bloodshed, everybody is alive and partially happy)

I've hidden the scroll, told the priest (Grimda ?) what I did, and told her it was Wael's will. She laughed and said that was totally something he would have wanted. Then she granted me the vault access. Took the book, bring it back to the other girl. No problem.

I think there was a skill check involved with Grimda, to convince her.

It's a reputation check. Need to have at least 2 in Honest, I believe and she'll be like "Well, I'd say that's hogwash normally, but coming from you, yeah it makes sense"

Or well, maybe that's one way, and there are other possibilities.

I got it through killing the animancer who asked me for it. I basically told Grimda there was an animancer who wanted the book and then she said 'she would hide the text', and the quest completed. Then later, the animancer found me wandering in the wilderness with her buddies and attacked me. After the battle, I looted and, lo and behold, I found the ring. I also hid the scroll.

I hid the scroll, went back to Grimda and told her about the animancer. She was happy about that, but when I told her I'd hidden the scroll, she said I'm "just as wily as those thieves," despite an Honest rating of 3. I thought I might pick the lock on the archives door, but there's a scribe right outside who detects me, even though I have 7 Stealth.
I was already in with the club, so I just took the book and handed it over. My watcher doesn't see animancy as inherently evil, and young and stupid doesn't necessarily mean that she wouldn't do the right thing.

In the end it really didn't matter. Didn't see that one coming
