So I was left in this mess wondering it was due to the Theorems I stole (without casualties) or if it was because I had hidden the scroll of Wael under a dragon skeleton.
Reloaded an earlier save to find out^^
However, I've tried telling Grimda about Nedyn and come back to Nedyn but she's gone.
It looks like the only way to get her sweet ring is to steal the Theorems from Grimda somehow and still being able to stay "friends" lol (after all stolen under stealth Grimda's clan is not supposed to know right?)
once you sneak in, can get up and walk around like all is cool, hand in the quest and have a nice day
I think there was a skill check involved with Grimda, to convince her.
It's a reputation check. Need to have at least 2 in Honest, I believe and she'll be like "Well, I'd say that's hogwash normally, but coming from you, yeah it makes sense"
Or well, maybe that's one way, and there are other possibilities.
In the end it really didn't matter. Didn't see that one coming
