Nothing takes me out of "Hero Saving The World" vibe as much as spending 45 minutes travelling from map to map trying to find the vendor that sells 3 fish.
So I gave myself 50 of all the cheap items (not the gems and alchemical tough monster kill drops and so, but the cheap herbs and food ingredients) through the console.
Just pointing out the option, if you'd rather do it legit - by all means.
Even the Inn's usually only have like, milk or something.

well, then i'd probably try to make a visit to main city or get to the distant villages. 'cause in the Inn of Gilded Vale i have found only cheese and grain that i don't actually need for receipts.
