Bugged Quest in Lumdala's House?
I happened to unlock the door in Lumdala's House with a Rusty Bronze Key (forget where did i get it)

Then I find a secret room beneth the house with a scarf laying on the ground. After dealing with the soul in the scarf, Lumdala showed up and and said something i had never heard before.(sounds like player gets a quest from Dunryd Row about Revel of Stars)

The problem is that i have never met this "Dunryd Row" or heard of "Revel of Stars", also no related quest on my list.

Is it a bug or some kind of hidden (maybe abandoned) quest?

nah...you're supposed to get a basically "WHO DUN IT?" quest from dunry row that would end up with you there. Have you gone on any killing sprees out in town recently?

I never kill any innocent but i looted every house in town, where can i find dunry row if he is alive?

It's not a person...it's just the "inside joke name" of the government spies...they're in the building all the way to the west of ♥♥♥♥ I forgot the name of the section in defiance bay...the one under copperlane. Bracberry..bracenberry..some ♥♥♥♥ like that.

The lady Webb's house? I might looted the building when i was on Dozen's mission (maybe that's why i have the key) But i cant get the quest because they say that lady webb haven't trust me yet.

you get the quest from the guy downstairs..but yeah..you have to talk to her first...which you'll get eventually through the main storyline if I recall correctly.

So where do you get the key/quest from? I did every quest I could find in Defiance Bay, apparently I missed the quest giver for this one?

Quest name would be helpful too. Just in case I messed it up.

It's called "The Final Act" and you get it from Kurren in Hadret House in Brackenbury.
