You're much better off using two handed weapons rather than dualwielding with those stats.
two slow attacks with high damage
More like the opposite, you're just negating the advantage of dualwielding. In general, High Might Low Dex should focus on slower more damaging attacks, and vice versa.
I'd take dex on a dual wielder. You're already sacrificing accuracy and DR for more strikes so you might as well get in as many strikes as possible.
damn it - already took the knight weapon skills (morning star / sword and the like)
i tought i was clever by negating the slowness i loose with dex by dual-wielding
