Raedrics vault?

After killing him i was told "I can take whatever i want from his vault".
Where is this vault...?

I killed him and searched through that castle for an hour in stealth mode with my main who is a rogue...didn't find any vault either.

I haven't gotten to Raedric himself yet, but i'm in the sewers and there seems to be a locked door that i simply cannot open (northeastern area of the map). I found a key on the animancer woman's body, but it doesn't go to this door, so i've no clue how to open it. Maybe it's the vault?

If it is the vault, you don't get a key from Kolsc.

Very strange flavor text, i mean if you were said watched you would want to the treasure, or atleast to other to return it to the citizens.

I feel there was a missed opportunity there.

It is indeed flavour text or just talking about looting the keep in general. I have the Collector Guide and it goes through everything to the most tiniest of details, and it said nothing of a actual vault.

I think he is referring to that completely black floor with mouse cursor which sometime you can end up if you lurk for too long in the Raedric keep and that you cannot leave unless restarting the game.

Although it's not specifically a 'vault', I wonder if he means the Armoury that's acessible only via the Upper Ramparts? There certainly appears to be a bunch of stuff in there that isn't arms and armour, although what I found there *were* four pieces of Fine armour.
