Cleared the entire keep of spiders,bandits,phantoms,will-o-wisp,beetles and the gigant spider

He's hiding behind a secret door on that level (mid-north-ish) ;)

Not secret, locked. It's right there by the stairs you come down to get to that level from the jail cells with spiders.
