How to use grappling hook

I just bought it, how can I use it to get up on walls? Like the one in the wood in front of the first village youvisit in the game. Goldvalley and the forrest maybe called valleywood? I'm not playing in english but there is a wall with a corpse on it next to the bandits camp where yoiu can free this dwarf-cook

Just click on the interactable wall with it in your inventory and choose the option when it comes up.
