How long before you get a full party of NPCs?
I dont mean ones you make at an inn, but actual characers? Im in Gilded Vale and starting to venture out but the only one I came across was Aloth. Since Im a Ranger I went ahead and made a tank at the inn. But how long before you start picking up more peeps to round out your party?

It might take you a bit of time to get a full party, but not too long, and you'll be near-full soon. You'll start picking up more NPCs very soon.

I had a full party and two xtras waiting at my keep before I even got to Defience bay. It does not take long at all. I will however grip at the derth of npc rougues

You can get four companions as soon as you have access to the inn. Three of them are nearby, the fourth one will require more exploration.

So that's five, if you get all of them to join. I'd recommend creating at least one character at the inn.

Most of the companions are pretty badly built. You would probably be better off creating a full party.

Awesome, thanks everybody. I passed up Eder and didn't know it. I talked to him first and nothing happened, but I guess after you talk to the Dwarf in the tree is when he "unlocks".

Maybe, but I like having characters with their own personalities/stories, etc.

Nobody said that they're in the town. But you can get them without having to fight anything.

You get the Invoker near Gilded Vale, he's studying some ruins. The priest is near the War Statue in one of the wooded areas around the Vale. In short if you're missing NPCs just look a bit harder or play a bit longer.

P.S. and by around G.V. I mean on the Global map.
