Not that it won't work.. it probably will, but i doubt that it's an ideal build
But given you high maight, you intend to go for dps. That means you need more Dex. Otherwise your fighter will be incredibly slow. Especially with armor on. Lower Perception a bit, and maybe, 1-2 resolve and put them in Dex.

As if the game is hard enough to need min-maxing!
But making a dps fighter seems a little odd, given that they work exactly the same way as barbarians.. you're just making a barbarian with worse traits.
Barbarians in this game start with scale armor (though now that I think about it, it probably depends on the background you choose. Mine started with Scale).
Barbarians are also awesome! You can play another class as your main, but why would you want to? BARBARIAN! ;)
Like OP though, I made a fighter to accompany my barbarian.
