Playing Hard mode. Pretty easy so far. Considering re-rolling to a class that has a larger variety of attacks.
Stars are not shown if you deactive hints, like I did for my first playthrough
I used 19/5/19/15/15/5 and am doing fine.

You get beat down at the beginning but once you get items, better tanks and healers, your low con won't matter. Atfer that you just demolish everything.

Not by levelling up. However many things increase stats like items, resting, spells etc.
