Getting to Twin Elms

Has anyone faced an issue where Twin Elms is permanently grayed out, that you cannot get to any city in the region whatsoever.

I'm having the same problem, I didn't find much on google but it sounds like you may need to be in act 3 to get to it. I can confirm when I make it there.

For anyone who needs an answer on this, SPOILERS BELOW:

In Stormwall Gorge, there's a ramp down. In Act 1 and 2, it was blocked by water (at least for me). In act 3 you continue down that ramp and on to the rest of the map.

continue the main campaing. Later you can get there.

That's not my problem. I'm in Act 3, but I can't leave Elmshore. I can't travel to Hearthsong from there, because it's greyed out. Am I supposed to get there some other way? Confused :-(

Nevermind.... I was on the wrong side of the river fork. I needed to cross to the southeast quarter of the map before it would let me travel to Hearthsong. :-p

Huh I had this same problem...no way to visit Twin Elms, no matter what area I was in there was just no way to go to Twin Elms as it stayed grayed out. :-(
Did visit Elmshore but didn't think of travelling down that ramp to the river...gonna try that out tomorrow.

HUH?

If you're at Elmshore already, you've come down that ramp at Stormwall Gorge. It's the only path once the flood has ended. And at Elmshore, you need to go south-east.

Yeah seems I was wrong. Never saw Elmshore, my bad. Still got stuck at that Stormwall Gorge. Further research showed I missed a quest, for some reason or maybe my own fault I missed a conversation with Lady Webb concerning the Leaden Key. This time however the dialogue triggered and I got my main Leaden Key quest updated. Doing that quest *should* get me past the Gorge and into Elms.

Leave Elmshore to the south-east and select the Twin Elms Hearthsong district.
