dlc - Where are the wallpapers, ect found?

I dont see the wallpaers or ring tones and all of that stuff anywhere. Anyone know where I can find that?

I got a recent 1.8 download and my dlc appeared in the Pillars of Eternity folder.

They are in the local files folder.
