What does it do exactly? Any info besides the official announcment?

I'm pretty sure it healed some kind of thing 2 times per rest. I'm not entirely sure although I read its exact description not long ago. Gonna try to dig it up.

It's not a bad item for your tank in a tough spot - at least until you've found a ring that makes more of a difference.

You get it when you start a new game - On the main character you create.
