When you entering Raedrick Keep location go right near the water.

Oh, i think i misunderstood you.
There are several sub-locations in Raedrick Keep.
Sewers, Vault and Armory.
You can access Vault from inside of a castle.

After you beat Raedrick he says you can take what you want from the vaults. Are these vaults in the dungeon?

There is no vault, it just means that he doesn't mind you running around the keep looting all the random stuff that you didn't take before killing raedric.

I got a TON of loot from Raedric's minions. And, if I remember correctly, Raedric is wearing some awesome armor (He Carries Many Scars). There aren't any huge 'rooms-full of treasure' at Raedric's, though.
