Thought that was quite funny though - I mean where else are you going to pull details about a new fictional setting from other than thin air? /facepalm
It may not be to your liking (speaking to the OP) but some of us like it well enough to devote over 600 hours to it (I'm speaking for myself here). I'm sorry you didn't get the same enjoyment from this fine game that many of us did. All of your reasons for not liking it, however, seem rather trivial and superficial, at least to me they do.
I hope you find a game that meets your demanding standards.
Well, you shouldn't base your opinion on the manual, just keep playing. I'm certain you will enjoy it :D
I think the Godlikes are a little too different in physiology! I would think they would be better looking less freaky!
The writing doesn't concern me so much.
Is there a world map at all? That would help put the localities in perspective a little!
Chanters phrases may be a little strange perhaps as well.
All critique may be helpful! Even if not agreed with.
Lore, map and other stuff.
This sounds harsh I guess, but I just can't believe PoE was written by the same company that did FNV. Obsidian must be hemoraging their writing tallent I guess, which makes since because even Avellone is gone now
