Is there a way to replace an enchantment?

YES you can upgrade them if you have the room for example a thing that takes 2 anvils in the quality secion can be changed to something else that takes 2 or 4 anvils if you have the mats. Only thing that cant be changed that i kno of is the Elemental and Target damage just quality.

I don't think you can replace enchantments for something better like you want, once an enchantments on it it gets locked in. I would love to be proven wrong though, its a stupid mechanic to have to wait on enchanting unique equipment to get the most of it.

You can only up a quality enchantment.

You dont have to wait. You can upgrade the quality enchantments at any time as long as you have enough points left on the item.

You cant change the elemental or slaying enchantments though.

So for example you can upgrade a weapon enchant from Accuracy 1 to Fine. And then from Fine to a higher quality. But you cant change a fire enchant to a frost one. Hope that helps.
