"Loyal" Enchantment

...found armor with this tag/enchantment....what does it mean? (right clicking on armor shows "Loyal" as an enchantment but there's no information on what that means stats-wise).

Is it 'Hand and Key?' I see mention in a patch notes that Hand and Key's preservation enchantment was changed to Loyal but nothing more specific than that.

I'm wondering now if its connected to the loyalty bonus Priests and Paladin's get for sticking to the right personality traits.

The question is why are these obscure property names not explained properly in the Cyclopedia. I hate games that neglect clear documentation on information presented to a player in-game.
