Report a translation problem
1) the software used is not owned but only lisenced by Obsidian, they can't share it
2) the maps are static hand drawn maps based on 3D renders then later populated with 3D props and quite a few layers like lightmaps
3) there no assets to build with as each location is hand crafted.
2nd, so? its not a map editor?
different story, dialogs entrys NPCs map constellation so not a " map Editor" more a story editor ?
And they wont swim, if they left empty maps like that. I thought there is a plan to make platform for future community content through editor which most of BG fans dreams.
Maybe PoE 2 theres a possibility if its highly requested.
