Getting to Twin Elms from Elmshore?

Just finished the meeting and now unlocked twin elms, I am suppose to go to elms reach, and can't figure out how to get there. I assumed it was from Elmshore. I completely cleared out the Elmshore map,, and have tried to exit in every direction. Am I missing something here?

There is only one way to get to Twin Elms - I cannot recall the name of the area but it has a ramp down to a lower level where IIRC you get ambushed and after winning you can exit to the east (right) and then access Twin Elms. You can't if you try from the top area of the map. IIRC the required area is actually SW of Dyrewood village whereas Twin Elms is SE of it, so it's a bit confusing.

That's Stormwall Gorge you mean. The area that is flooded by heavy rain and cannot be passed until after the animancer hearings at the Duc's palace.

From Stormwall Gorge you can travel to Elmshore. And from Elmshore to Hearthsong district of Twin Elms. You cannot go directly to Elms' Reach.
