Bronze Horn Figurine

Anyone else having issues with this item?

I bought this game when it came out, however dropped it after about 20 hours due to other gaming interests. I recently picked it back up and have been reading guides on TCS strategies and decided to give it a shot.

I have managed to acquire the Bronze Horn Figurine for 5000cp and either I'm ignorant to the Animat's full combat functionality or I am encountering a bug. Whenever I summon the Animat, he stays around for about 8-10 rounds of combat and then dissapears. I have tested this repeatedly and his endurance is not hitting zero. I will be mid battle watching his health and he ups and dissapears on me leaving me to fend for myself against the horde of enemies I was using him to help block a door with.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Or am I simply missing something about the use of this item in combat? Does he have round limitations? Time limit limitations? I thought he was just supposed to leave after combat or when he dies?

It only lasts for 20 seconds (if I am recalling correctly). Most summons are like that with a reasonably short time limit. You can get a ridiculous number of summon items though so they add up. Other than that just control the summon like a party member while it is out.

It helps a lot if you play solo PotD.
