First of all, Pillars of Eternity is strictly realtime-with-pause and not turn based at all.

Secondly, it's the publishers that decide whether to participate in a Steam Sale.

I didn't waited 9 years, I just forgot about it existance because steam really like to put hentai games in RPG recommendations and because of that you just stop searching for old RPG games at all, while I don't even have a single porn game

You missed it then, so you can wait a couple more months.

In late 2023, PoE1 was on -75% sale twice:

At the leftmost edge of the chart, you can see another -75% sale for 2022 Thanksgiving.

So it's likely that it will be on sale again during 2024 Thanksgiving.

do overtime if you have a job and then buy it. if you don't have a job, then just wait for a sale. if you do have a job but just don't want to spend money, then find another form of entertainment. pc gaming is not for you.
