Sacred instruments task only showing [lie] option at turn in

It's weird since I play a paladin known for his honesty, benevolence and all and I think this is a bug. Any hints on how to fix it?

You don't have an option to tell the task master the truth aka that the girl was cheating? You could have done that even before making the weapon.

Exactly, I don't have the option to tell the truth. Only the [lie] and leave options are available.

You could maybe reload and see if you can tell the truth before making the hammer?

Or you can encourage the girl to do her work properly. Like a true paladin.

I don't recall making the hammer... it says I found white adra with her equipment and that I should inform her. But in the dialog, it only gives me the option to lie and say I found nothing.

You should bring her back a piece of the stone you found. Have you looted the thing in the cavern?
