Grappling hooks, hammers, lock picks and so on, can I keep them in the hidden stash?

Yes, you can keep them in stash. They work in scripted interactions from there.

It depends. If you are playing with Expert mode, then you have to carry them in inventory.

Not true. I started new game in expert, and used a hammer and chisel from stash to the destruction of the wall in the starting dungeon

So something changed with some patch or maybe it depends on difficulty level? In my first playthrough I was angry because I left all tools in the stash. I was playing on hard & expert then.

It was like that because player don't have acces to the stash outside towns. It's from experrt or hard/potd?

Thanks, mates. I'm playing on hard/expert mode. Think I'll just keep some in the inventory. It got so bad that my whole inventory is filled up with lock picks, hammers and grappling hooks now and you'll never know if you need 50 of those at once!
