Paladin disposition question/s?

Hey guys, since PoE II is coming out and I played this game but got distracted so I'm starting a new game and playing as a Paladin under Darcozzi Paladini Order, I know I want to be a Clever/Passionate to get the positive buffs but I encounter dialogue with either no positive disposition or just ones with skills and other dispositon e.g. Diplomatic, lore, etc.. If I play this Paladin, do I have to stick to just Clever/Passionate or can I also choose Diplomatic and others as long as its not the disfavored ones for my order?? Also, if I use Might or other skills, will that lead towards a disposition? e.g Cruel....? Any thoughts, advice welcome.

I have started playing a paladin a couple of days ago (cruel and aggressive, because I wanted to play something different) and didn't get any negativ effects for choosing "honest" as an example.

So I guess its ok, I read the wikia and it seems Honest/ Diplomatic is favored alot in the dialogue options in game and quests. I guess it ok to have those too besides being whatever favored dispostion u have for your Paladin. What about skills, are they connected towards a dispostion??
