White Crescent Armor
I received the White Crescent Armor from a dwarf in Stalwart after completing a certain quest. It's heavy plate (DR16) and has 2 spellbinds: Overwhelming Wave & Dancing Bolts. Both are once per rest abilities.

The problem is, these abilities don't show up in the UI for whatever character wears it (I tried switching it around to different characters). They should be visible under the "per rest" section. I've had other armors that had spell binds and had the spells show up in the UI, but not the White Crescent. I don't know of any known issues associated with this armor, so I'm wondering if I have some weird bug, or if I'm just missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you refer to the White Crest Armor, no, there is no common bug that occurs always. However, there is a rare bug where per rest abilities of newly equipped items may not appear in the UI unless you save and load that savegame. Have you tried that yet?

Edit: It could be that the fix mentioned by the developer here is not perfect. Also notice user Kriber22 mentions that it had been an issue with other items - similar to what I've pointed out: --> https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/82277-white-crest-armor-spell-binding-not-working/

Thanks both of you for responding, and appologies for being so late in replying back (had to work all week and just now got back to POE).

Frametrap: You are correct, those bound spells do show up in the quick slot bag. I could have sworn I had an armor earlier in the game with a spell bind that showed up in the per encounter or per rest section of the UI

D'amarr: You are also correct, it is the "White Crest Armor", not crescent.

I'm going to have to go back and check all the armors I've saved/collected to see where the bound spells appear (if they have any), to see if they all appear in the belt slot, or if it varies.
