Stormwall Gorge Trail
On the southern portion of the Stormwall Gorge map there is a trail (a ramp) going downward from east to west. About midpoint, my characters cannot continue on this trail even though the mouse cursor shows that I can. Watching a YouTube video, the author can transverse through this path. Why can't I?

Is the bottom area still flooded? Then you need to wait some more and advance the story - the heavy rains will end, and you will be able to go down there.

If not, show a screenshot.

It opens at the beginning of Act III.

Thanks D'amarr for your reply. The entire southern area is blackened--can't see anything beyond the ramp. I walked the entire length, looking for some other path in, but saw none. I have been to Stormwall Gorge twice, nothing has changed, no entry. If you think it has something to do with rain, when will the rain stop? Does this have anything to do with Lle a Rgemen structure? Thanks again for your reply.

Lengray, at what point in time is the beginning of Act III? There are many quests in the game, and I can't tell what starts Act III or even when Act II ends?

You'll unlock an achievement for finishing Act II. Until then, the gorge is flooded.

OK. I'll wait for that. Thank you all.
What you should see when you go down the ramp is some muddy water, not a black area. That area will be passable when you complete your main quests in Defiance Bay.

Lle a Rhemen is not related. Except one path from that dungeon leads to the bottom of the Stormwall Gorge area, too, but will only be accessible when the flood has ended.

I do not know what is beyond the base of the ramp. The entire southern region is completely blackened; so if there is water in the gorge, I cannot see it; this also means that if the water had receded I won't know either. I can only go down half way on the ramp. At the same time, I cannot gain access/entry to Lle a Rheman (I can't figure out the puzzle). So, if I have to wait at a later progression of the game, I will have to do so. Thanks for your follow up reply.

That could be a graphics driver problem. There has been something similar in 2014 long before the release of the game. What the water looks like depends on day and night.

When the floods have ended, you can go further down, and that becomes very obvious.

Do you have the adra key stone? Then insert it at dusk.

Thanks D'amarr for your many, MANY help. Perhaps, I may have wandered into Stormwall too soon in the game. The rain has not stopped (even after I camped FOUR consecutive times); and therefore, the gorge continues to flood. Also, I don't have the adra key stone. I will come back to Stormwall from time to time and during the interim start looking for the adra key stone. As for now, I certainly hope it is not about the graphics driver issue you mentioned. Thanks!
