Tell a bit about your design considerations that have lead to this choice of attributes. There must be a reason why you've not increased DEX, for example. There must be a reason why you want RES 15. Tell!
Maybe the word "off-tank" does not necessarily reflect what I meant. He doesn't need to be super bulky I just don't want him to be taken out with 1 hit all the time. I hate squishies but i do love assassins and thief themed characters. :/
Well, i want him to have high resolve mostly because of dialogues. I want him to be a cocky type like Jack Sparrow. That kind of guy. Perception gives me dialogues options and better chance to dodge. Might is for better damage. I do not find intelligence important because other party members can debuff (probably even better than I) so I will still be able to do sneak attacks and real-life pirates weren't the smartest people on Earth ;)
You aware of dialogue options requiring RES 19 or INT 19 or PER 19 or even RES 20? If you want to play a talker, you're only almost there, because quite some effort is needed to increase your PER/RES.
If you hate squishies, CON 10 isn't pretty. Rogue's base Health is "Low", base Endurance is "Very Low", CON 10 doesn't give any bonus. Rogue's base Deflection is "Low", too, so +5 via RES doesn't add any safety. And with +5 Reflex from PER 15, don't hope for wonders. Most attacks don't even target Reflex defense.
Rather than sneak attack, I would focus on the Rogue's per encounter abilities, paired with high Accuracy, aiming at landing crits instead of only hits/grazes. Longer afflictions, higher damage, a more deadly Rogue. Raised MIG only aims at increasing average damage and wastes 5 points you could spend elsewhere. Sabre already comes with increased base damage compared with other 1H weapons.
