Flanked in PoE doesn't mean backstabbing. Sneak Attack doesn't mean backstabbing either. PoE's Backstab is unrelated: https://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Backstab
And If a target suffers from Flanked already, you can attack from anywhere as to qualify for a damage bonus - e.g. with Sneak Attack.

Thanks a lot. Last question. Do you think, ranged weapons are good? I Just asking that because i play myself as rogue dual wield, eder tank, and rest (aloth, kana, sagani and mother) Just simply equpi ranged weapons.
Give be advice, thanks!
There are good ranged weapons, yes. Heavy ranged weapons, such as arquebus, arbalest and crossbow, are popular combat openers. Let a character fire a single shot, possibly paired with an ability, then switch to your primary weapon.

Fighter class in PoE is a tank class because of class traits. Eder is more efficient (and more fun, too) as an offensive ruffian rather than an overly defensive heavy armored coward who tries to survive behind a large shield. Aloth certainly can invest into his class specific blast abilities, which is the most obvious and easy choice - but with a bit more effort wizards can also contribute to melee combat thanks to protection spells and sell buffs (and summoned or universal weapons). I'm not a fan of Sagani or the Ranger class in PoE 1. Kana can do damage via phrases and can become a capable frontliner. Cipher just like Rogue can do either melee or ranged - it's a matter of taste. Choosing ranged and trying to stay out of trouble can become quite boring quickly.
