I have the 3 pieces of the septer in my stash but the quest log saus I am miissing one...did I miss something?

Well, what exactly does it say? And what happens if you talk to Imatl about the pieces? Imatl owns the 4th piece.

wel I solved the quest and I did not realize I neededone more piece which I found. The dow side is I can't seem to find the missing chest. I may have to use the wiki but do not like to do that.

What's the diffference be it Wiki, video walk-through or forum question?

I try not to use any of them but I can't always dothat. It is nice to have a forum where you can get help on a single thing.

The one for Marceno? --> south-east area of the harbor, south-east from the inn.

I finally found it...the best game AND (drum roll(....Some great players to help an old guy out....UH....now that I have your attention how do I get the bandits to stop stealing my tax's?

I keep the 'prestige : fortifications' around a 4:5 to a 2:3 ratio and eventually that solves the bandit problems.
