All of them
The same goes for weapons as every class can get the skills that improve the use of two handed weapons.
But weapon use wise, if I wanted to focus on using a 2 hander over all other considerations I'd either go Warrior or Barbarian. Warrior because you can learn weapon specialization type abilites other classes cant get. Barbarian because all their normal attacks are Area Effect. Which seems a natrual with swinging a big weapon around.

Mountain Dwarves are not "pretty poor", but their race specific passive "+20 defense against Poison and Disease" bonus is of very limited use.
Rogue - which in this game is more of a Mercenary than a Thief - would work fine for two-handers as well due to very high base Accuracy and if playing a flanker who doesn't want to invest much into high defenses.
Btw, I'm continueing my "all dwarves" playthrough currently. Five dwarves and only one free slot for NPC companions. The primary reason for doing that is to do the Durgan's Battery stuff as a dwarf.
