Report a translation problem
The standard level cap is 12, but the White March DLCs extend that to 16 (and include enough quests to reach it).
If you find yourself at an exceptionally high level when entering either Act III or the White March, the game gives you the option to scale the content to match your high level.
Did you make this selection when entering the White March or when entering Act III, out of curiosity? Because I personally did find the White March content a little tougher than the base game content, even without scaling. Lagufaeth are deadly as hell.
