Flames of Devotion keeps bugging out?

I dont know why its happening but i cannot use flames of devotion at all, its constantly greyed out and honestly its really annoying cause thats about all my paladin can do...

Well, what sort of answer do you hope for?

You should be able to use it 2x per encounter. If you can't, perhaps start with using the Steam app to verify your game installation files.

to be honest i was hoping someone experienced the same thing and fixed it somehow

That would be very odd, because the game isn't broken like that, and what sort of fix would it be other than quitting, using the Steam app to repair the installation and reloading? It's not as if it's popular to mess with a hex-editor in game files or savegames.

FoD is an ability that is pretty much essential during Paladin solo runs, for example. If it were grayed out due to some rare bug, people would have complained about that before.

How far into the game are you? Can you hire a Paladin adventurer at the next inn and test FoD with that one just to check whether it's completely broken in your game?

I have the same problem. After several uses FoD becomes permanently grayed out with text "Already activated" and only way for it to become available again is to exit to main menu and reload the game. I think game started behaving this way after picking up "Intense Flames" talent, before that it was working correctly.

Never had an issue with this. Today I got it with two skills, both spell masteries. One with my druid and one with my priest.

None of them have Intense Flames so no consistency with that talent.
