Deadfire Pack Clothes Color change?
So I'm playing a crew of pirates, and so far I'm having a blast. My only gripe is that:

A) I only can get 3 of the new outfits, so only half my crew are decked out,

and

B) The clothes don't change color. As opposed to the screenshots on the DLC page where the coats (where applicable) have those nice patterns and vibrant colors, mine are uniformly a gray-ish white to pale blue, depending on the lighting, with only a hint of a pattern. The only thing that changes color based on my chars selected ones are the trousers and the shirt under the jacket.

I was hoping to find some answers in the discussions, but no one else mentioned anyhting like this. Am I the only having this issue or am I just missing something here?

I don't know about no screenshots but I just checked my save and the Boatsswains uniform or however it is called is blue and red which is pretty colourful to me. The other 2 are grey however.

Yes, those outfits are bugged - I have the same issue. If you really take a close look, you'll notice that the jackets are actually transparent in the inventory and level-up screens, but they appear white or light blue ingame. They also don't go transparent when the character is in Scouting Mode or is hidden behind terrain, like the rest of the model does. (This only applies to male characters. On females it look fine.)

Many of the Deadfire Pack Items are bugged in some way, unfortunately. As Obsidian is busy with the sequel, I somewhat doubt that these issues will get fixed any time soon.

Because the character on your third screenshot is female. The bug only applies to the male character models. Switch the armor to a male and see what happens.
