A servant of death/Council of stars (Spoilers)

I am doing these 2 quest at the time and I choosen the god berath (the god of dead)
My Problem is that I cant find the elven woman even through I looked everywhere can anyone maybe say me the location and ONLY the location of her I dont want any spoilers.
I know I should find her myself but I just cant
Please help

I didn't choose a god at all, screw them. Actually, if there's one choice missing from the ending, I would have appreciated a choice to re-create eothas since that one seemed pretty good, actually.

You could go on without a god I thought there were no other choice.Why do I always believe tree people
Well he was my best opinion anyway,I dont know what have I done in my playthrough but I could just choose between Galawin,Rymrgand and Hylea
Well I wanted to choose Hylea but she wanted that I slay a dragon and well thats easier said then done
Its my first playthrough anyway so I dont know what I have done wrong or will do wrong but could you choose between other gods as well like you know basted on your dessicions?

One can pray to four gods, complete all their quests, but ony receive the boon from one. One can also decide not to promise anything and cooperate with Skaen (and receive Skaen's boon) at the end of the game.

It is not mandatory to kill the Sky Dragon, btw. Hylea accepts other solutions, too.

I didn't receive anyone's boon. Then again, I did the final quest after white march and was way overleveled so I thought I could hack it without promising anything to the gods. (I never really appreciated how powerful Hiravias was until about level 9, that guy is KILLING MACHINE in shapeshift form) I decided to let everything return to the wheel, since that is what would happen "naturally" anyway

Only to 4 thats really disapointing I really thought it was based on your desicsions,like you know this gods stand for that and if you are like this he or she helps you
