Can you re-charge weapons?

I have a weapon that grants a few skills. I've used them all and now it is out of charges. Is there a way to re-charge it or should I just sell it?

Does it matter? There are various weapons with a few charges only. Once depleted, all that remains is the weapon itself.

Thanks for the reply. It's a shame you can't repair/recharge them. Missing out on some solid skills.

I sold the weapon (rod of wind and thunder) to a merchant at the stronghold. Went back to them later and they were selling it at the more expensive merchant rate but with all charges restored. Just an FYI for anyone wondering.

When you sell items for merchants they reset to default state after a while, including removal of all player-applied enchantments.
