Bash shields and style bonuses.
Does the character still benefits from one handed style when using shield with bash like when using a normal shield?
Does the character benefits from dual wield style attack speed when using shield with bash?

Also

I got an "From the Clouds to the Depths" achievement for killing adra and bog dragons, good job obsidian/valve.

Maybe you can find newer topics like these:

I always prefer a normal large shield until I can get one of the better unique shields or an exceptional large shield. That bash damage is just not worth it.

The "From the Clouds to the Depths" achievement is for Sky Dragon and Adra Dragon.

I do not think they do, but am not 100% certain. I avoid picking "one handed style" for this exact reason - I have no characters who it seem would qualify for the bonus.

You might have to test it out yourself with a "Saved Game". Save a game when you have leveled and name it such so that you can return to it and test out skills.

The skills have changed since the onset and the docs (or in-game descriptions) have not always kept up with it.

For example, I recently discovered that multiple weapon skill bonus's unexpectedly "stack" when applied to "soul-bound" weapons. (Knight, Noble, Peasant... etc, skills) I do not know if this is actually "working as intended".

Shield Bash acts like having a second weapon but it does not benefit from dual wield bonuses, including the innate increase in speed you get from attacking with two weapons. Since Shield Bash's base damage is pitiful, it is only beneficial if you're using abilities that cause a Full Attack or if the shield has a chance to cast something on hit/crit (IE Badgradr's Barricade and Dragon's Maw).

If the shield doesn't offer either of those, you're just exchanging half your main weapon attacks for bashes.

Note that Shield Bash is an ability, so it does get an extra +1 accuracy/level like all others.

Soulbound and summoned weapons work with all weapon focus/etc. abilities - doesn't matter which talent you picked or which weapon you're using. If multiple of the same talent (for different weapon groups) apply that would be a bug. Check your combat logs to make sure that's really happening. Character sheet does funny stuff sometimes.
