Question About Definitive Edition
For those who already owned the base game and both expansion, is Definitive Edition will be an update or seperate game?

Yeah, that's my question. Should we just expect this as an update, or do I need to actively download more things?

Is there a list of the DLC items or is that unknown at this time?

The Deadfire DLC is going to be free to anyone who owns the game before the 15th though, so no need to even think about it if you already have it.

It will be free for everyone, not just those who owned the game prior to the 15th.
Deadfire Pack DLC will also be made available for free to all existing (and future) owners of Pillars of Eternity

What makes you think so? It will be another bundle to choose from, possibly with its own shop page linked from the base game shop page - but since it includes the base game and DLCs, the download will add a games library entry for the base game only.
