Acording to the info, if I have an Honesty of 2 or higher,
I can convince her to turn herself in.

I have an Honesty of 3, and when I offer her to turn herself in,
she dosn't, and runs away.

Also acording to the info,
the only way to get her cape, is to help her escape.
Even though the description of the cape,
suggests that she lost the cape while running from the guard.

Also, if she gives you the cape,
why can't you just get it from her after exicuting her?
