From the part the usual suspects (outside the IE games) would be Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2 (especially NWN2: MotB) and Dragon Age: Origins
Divinity Original Sin is very differnt in atmosphere and is turn based, so not the same thing as Pillars, but it is an excellent, rip-snorting hard core cRPG. I enjoyed both a lot, although Pillars get's my fave vote.
On the horizon for the future and directly comparable is of course PoE2: Deadfire, which I'm sure you already know, and also Pathfinder: Kingmaker which looks like it might be OK:

Tyranny, while made by the same developers, focuses on very different things. That's not to say it doesn't have similarities to Pillars, but Tyranny is much more about making decisions than it is about combat, while Pillars has a bit of a balance, arguably leaning slightly more towards combat. I'd recommend playing Tyranny anyway, just don't go into it thinking you'll be playing a second Pillars, or your expectations might sully the experience for you.
Also the 'Neverwinter Nights' series which I know for a fact are available through GOG.
But both knights of the old republic are great rpgs (the second one is better also made by obsidian). I'd highly recommend these games (you can get the first one on your phone for like 3 bucks or something too).
The first dragon age is also very similar, but that franchise goes to ♥♥♥♥ after the first one. First one is great, second one is God awful and I've never played the third but it looks slightly better than the second but still bad.
Neverwinter nights 2 is pretty awesome and very very similar to pillars of eternity.
It has however a much more focused main story, many more choices and is strongly focused on the RP part, with the combat taking a back seat. And it is best played when you trully get into the mindset of your character and .. well .. RP it. The more you do it, the more the game has to offer in my opinion.
So I would rather say that Tyranny is not VERY similar to PoE but still very similar to PoE and other cRPGs like that.
That's the most accurate AD&D 3rd Ed implementation ever made. It's got practically every singe feature of the full PnP ruleset implemented, down to 5ft steps etc. Of course it's turn based to enable that.
To play it you should get the Circle of 8 mod for it. You have, IIRC, to patch it to version 1.2 for this mod, not 1.3 which the devs totally screwed up. If it's on Steam you gotta be carefuI about that 'cos a Steam version might only have 1.3. Consult the Circle of 8 website before taking the plunge IMO.
I beleive the mod has added a pile of new content to the base game now as well. Game starts slow with some uttely cliche Fed Ex questing and rewards some determined grinding in the early game, but it warms up until you get to the main dungeon, the temple itself, which is a wonder of the modern world, without doubt the biggest most monstrous construction seen in a RPG since maybe Untima Underworld: Stgyan Abyss. Even that.
It is of course a faithfull implementation of a famous and well known AD&D PnP adventure, so it couldn't be anything but good really.
If you haven't tried Arcanum, go for it first. It's one of the best RPGs ever made.
Temple of Elemental Evil is available on Good Old Games and is compatible with modern systems. Coupled with the Circle of 8 mod it is fantastic. Go get them now!
