hadred house quest not updating afer cliaban rilag

I finished the cliaban rilag quest but the hadret house quest didn't update. Can't update lady webb on my progress. I finished the other two quests and i could inform lady webb without problems. But now i'm stuck. it this a recurring bug and is there a fix?

Not a common bug, but there have been players who returned to Lady Webb too early without exploring the ruins near the Engwithan machine.

What does the journal entry of the quest tell at the top?
