Goto First Fires and view the event outside the ruins of the temple, then goto Copper Lane and heads into the catacombs (should be on the lower left side of the map) and once inside head all the way left (not down, that leads elsewhere) and the entrance should be there.

By all means, play more slowly and explore carefully. The game is much more fun to play, if you take your time. That temple of Woedica involves various stuff with multiple solutions.
