Mowrghek Îen - not so tough, I'd say!
So I'm finishing the game on hard difficulty right now. As I've read that you shouldn't even try going to the swamp-place before maxing out your team, I took my time, did all the bounties and both parts of WM. My party had only two custom characters (not counting priest PC), dps monk and off-tank chanter, also Eder, Sagani (with Stormcaller) and Grieving Mother. But I've run out of quests, so told myself: it's time for Llengrath. I've cleared the whole area, saved and entered the arena. I decided not to share my soul with a mage that sent assasins after me. Battle starts. I quickly cast Holy Avatar, Crown of the Faithful and Spark the Souls. I send Eder to tank one dragon, monk and chater go for the second one while Sagani and Mother focus on Archmage. I then proceed to cast Symbol of Eothas onder my whole team, but my priest loses consciousness in that moment. But there is no need for that - Llengrath was, apparently, stunlocked to death by Borresaine + Stormcaller, monk totally obliterated one dragon and went for the second one while chanter decimated adds with Dragon Thrashed, Dragon Wailed. I mean: I'm playing on Hard and half of WM1 and WM2 encounters were actually harder and took longer than that! When I finish this (i guess Thaos will die in a matter of seconds...), I'm starting PotD. And maybe next thing I'll do will be Triple Crown Solo or something xd
...also, I'm going to reload to the save BEFORE Llengrath fight and try to make peace with her. You know, my PC actually worships the god of renewal and redemption, who favours benevolent ones :D

PS: And the funniest thing is that even after this, the strongest enemy killed by one of my characters ISN'T Llengrath or one of dragons, it ISN'T Concelhaut or Kraken either. No, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Brynlod, a guy from one of the WM bounties XD

Well, "hard" really isn't so hard in this well-balanced game. And yet the interesting details are not mentioned in your post. What level have you been? And have you chosen to upscale the content?

Upscaled, ofc, my pride would have suffered had I not chosen that option :P
Most of the team was lvl 16 and chanter lvl 15. I didn't really upgrade any items to superb or higher though and I had durgan enchantment only on priest for cast speed. Custom characters were min/maxed, but no stat was higher than 25 (forgot to buff up with food before the fight OR to go rest in any good inn)

Hahah, didn't even know that. But I admit that this bounty was pretty tough so hey, why not :D

upscaled doesnt effect any dragon btw except the sky dragon.
upscaling only scales the "critical path" (aka. the main storyline)
